What can I track?
Public competitor product pages with visible product price or stock information.
How often are pages checked?
Starter pages are checked in the configured daily batch. Growth and Pro pages enter an hourly check batch, which processes up to 100 due pages per run. Alerts are emailed as soon as a check confirms a change. You can also use Check now.
Which stores and countries are supported?
Cartwren accepts public product-page URLs from online stores. The app does not apply a country list; whether a page can be checked depends on whether it is publicly reachable and readable. No official platform partnerships are claimed.
How does the free trial work?
Every plan is configured with a 14-day free trial. The hosted checkout controls how it collects payment details.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can request cancellation in the subscription portal at any time. Access continues through the paid period while the payment service reports your subscription as active.
